Shipping policy

The tentative delivery date indicated to you is our best estimate based on information at the time of sale according to the manufacturer. On some occasions, your furniture will arrive sooner and on others it might take longer. 

-Bargain City Furniture is not responsible for delayed or backordered merchandise. 

-Cancellations may not be made due to delay or backordered merchandise. 

About your delivery

-Delivery includes preparation and assembly of furniture pieces and delivery to ONE address. 

-Failure to be at residence for a delivery appointment will result in an additional delivery charge to re-deliver your merchandise. -Prior to our arrival, customers should remove all furniture and clear pathways to assure unobstructed access for our delivery team. -We cannot move electronics, TV's, computers, etc., or cut backs of armories or entertainment centers. 

Customer pick-up option

-Your furniture may require assembly. 

-Pickup hours are 9am-5pm Tuesday through Saturday. You must arrive by 4:30pm to pick up. 

-You must present your Bargain City Furniture receipt upon time of pick up. 

-If there is a problem during the assembly, or a type of damage, you must transport the merchandise back to the warehouse or pay a service charge for in-home technician service. 

-In-home service is not included with pick ups. Assembly fees range depending on furniture. 

-We are not responsible for damage that occurs due to improper loading.
